Good morning Joel , Li and to all our dear Bru-Cru family ! Happy Thanksgiving day 🙏🙏 That was an amazing Drone shot to start the Vlog - Sheer class 👍👍 ! Simply quaint town yet quite serene and scenic! Coffee Cheers buddy !! Love your passion to learn the language of the locals 👍👍 ! The Pad-Kra- Pao looked hot and delectable ! I believe the beauty of this dish is - irrespective of the meat used in the dish , the holy basil still stands out in terms of lending it’s flavour profile on the palate !! Som-Tam ( Li’s favourite dish ) had its own unique flavour due to the Karen Chillies !! Wow - loved Li’s explanation on the ST being treated as a friendship dish 👍👍 ! Having said that - appreciate her candid comments on the difference in the taste profile between ST @ Isaan as compared to other places !! Kudos to the Aunty for serving a gregarious lunch for you and Li !! That’s the beauty of such places - affordable prices , laden with hospitality and love - That’s an important parameter 👍👍! Drone master back again with some super D- Views !! Thoroughly enjoyed the Vlog and extremely happy for Joel and Li ! Joel and Li this was another fascinating and beautiful video that you have again managed to transfix me with. What I LOVE about your videos is not only the great yummy tastes but how you show us about cultures, where LESS IS MORE, where they use the most inexpensive basic materials until it no longer can be used or recognised anymore for its purpose. Alot can be learnt from your videos on recycling and sustainability vs material world, which I believe we are moving more and more towards for the worst.

I haven't heard of that, but who knows... and as for the "infamous Triangle," do you remember the videos from 2 months ago? This border over here is quite far actually, it would be maybe 500-600km to reach Chiang Saen (Golden Triangle), which is in Chiang Rai Province. I always wonder if there are any little industries or shops in the villages or if farming is their only source of income other than tourism. But you answered my question about tourism at that village and you said there really was none. And if Auntie is a common name or sign of respect for a adult or aged woman but I don't recall the term of Uncle used. I especially find it interesting when you are invited into their homes so we can see more of how they live and what they consider a comfortable, homey dwelling and the ingenious ways they utilize the space. I've also grown some strains of garlic that were from Thailand and Vietnam and most were really hot and pungent. But boy howdy, dang sure good and flavorful. You'll have to teach us how you can chew and talk at the same time! LOL.

Hi 007!! Exactly the kind of question that I want to see you want to answer :-) I believe there is only one God, the God who created everything, all of us, His name is Jesus, and he is the light of the world and the light to the whole world.
