This is literally perfect timing. I'm going for a mix of exploring and traincation for 1 month in Thailand and 1 month in Vietnam this spring. What level would you say that the MMA coaches are at the Vietnam facility? (if I go there when you arent there)

Could you do a video on how to roll hooks better and counter as soon as you slop and block? I can roll but in sparring I always just block hooks and block, parry or slip but never hit straight away. Working on that

I’m in the same boat, just started doing it for the first time. The only tip I can give is watch them back with a friend or significant other that doesn’t know anything about fighting that will listen. I watch it back with my girlfriend and instead of just being super hard on myself I can kind of just tell her what I’m doing and why and what I should be doing. It’s helped me!
