We're having difficult time with economy downturn and civil war going on here in Burma. I have to save as much money I can to keep supporting the family. So I eat very simple dishes these days. First it was very difficult to do so because I really love good food. But now, I eat while watching your clips. I can just taste everything you've been reviewing because I know those ingrediants. I can now eat anything while watching you eating those delicious Thai food. Thank you mark. Hope we can meet one day and review Burmese food together here in Yangon. Love you, man.

Coral Trout, a favourite here in Australia. Makes great sashimi but it's just as great cooked. Lots of species throughout Asia, Australia and the Pacific.
@QuantumAscensionAlchemist Жыл бұрын
Exactly! the Coral Trout is what he has, he said it is a Coral Grouper, which it is a totally different fish. The Grouper has the rounded tail and the Trout has the inverted moon tail. Coral Trout in Australia is amazing! I lived in FNQ for 5 years and caught them on Undine Reef every second day.
