Hello madam, I am planning to try this on a small scale first since i am only a beginner cook. Saw in the comments section that the quantity you have cooked will serve 6-8. So, instead of 3 cups of rice, i am planning to try with 1.5 cups. Shall I also reduce all the other ingredients by exactly half? I ask because some of them, like turmeric powder are already in very small quantities like 1/4 tea spoon. Would be thankful for your advice

Superb. Try to use Badsha kaima if available at your place. Very tasty ans aromatic rice. If you use once you will not use any other rice for biriyani.

I tried it..and came out well. I think no need to fry the rice much...bcs I felt like the rice is harder even after cooking. Thanks a lot for the recipe 😊👍

😊👍thank you dear. frying should only be done till nicely fragrant no darkening. Still, highly unlikely that hard rice is caused from frying. More likely the water measure was less than specified, or it boiled too long on high before covering and cooking on low.

Gonna try now, a suggestion.. Cud u pls avoid the rolling slides after each slide coz feel like its too disturbing to the eyes.. Just told like an opinion not to hurt or criticize 👍🏻🙏🏽good channel indeed 🤗
