2:09:34 Considering that dromons are supposed to be lower tech than the Canon Galleons, I think they should be weaker and be balanced by costing less. A bit like the Slinger in comparison to the Hand Cannoneer.

They might be weaker point for point but the AoE spread of their attacks will make them do far more damage due to the nature of units to clump up, which is hard to account for.

2:02:00 Fun fact: The real Turtle-ships had sails and would have been quite fast, by combining the sails and the rows for propulsion. They really were extremely strong. But they were maybe unable to go into deep sea, and were very expensive. A handful of them were able to defend dozens of Japanese ships in a single battle.

1:39:39 Calling GG this early was a huge mind game by Sebastian. He knows he's lost, but rather than trying to squeak out a win and risk giving Daut more confidence, he calls it immediately. I was rooting for Daut here, but Sebastian's a beast of a player.

No it wasn't. The game was over much faster, see Viper's take on it. He also ended up losing the next game so if that was the ploy it didn't work... He's obviously good, you don't have to make stuff up to aggrandise him further.

I feel so bad for Daut in this set. I've been a supporter of Daut for many years now, but being outmicroed so hard hurts. Need to questions some decisions as well. Lost monks to archers in nomad. Lost 4 sheep on northern isles! Of course, Sebastian also played insane.

Lol T90 hates on the auto farm placement every chance he gets. It's really not a deal at all. Auto-farm refresh and unit queues are much more game changing than just auto-placement farms.

Seems like canon galleons should 1) have faster shots and 2) cause more anti-ship damage. A canon ship should be better than a rock thrower.

Underrated tech. Towers that just cost wood. Unbeatable value on maps with a lot of wood and coastlines. Bonus: pump out a navy in seconds.

It strikes me that the Romans are the Target Corporation of civilizations. Target's slogan for their red card is save 5 percent on everything. Romans give you 5 percent bonus to everything. I suppose it's a little different but still seems funny to me

Margougou told it on twitter but basically he got locked in his bedroom when he was supposed to play a set because his doorknob fell off. His phone was dead and he didn't have a charger so it was just an admin loss.
