funny how you were talking about rentals and your accountant... Cause I was reflecting on how diligent I have been with my finances... I tried to follow your plan of using the first six month to ensure I have enough income for my fixed costs like rentals, insurance etc and cutting costs by making home cooked meals instead of ordering out... I must say it worked out very well looking back... kept on remembering what your accountant advised on take out lol... please make another video on financial planning... enjoyed the one you previously made.
