Recipe 1 - Konju fry
Ingredients
konju - 1 kg
chilly powder - 2 tbspn
turmeric powder - 1/4 spn
salt - as required
masala powder - 1 spn
pepper powder - 1 spn
Directions
1.Marinate prawn with chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt, masala powder and pepper powder.
2.Fry both sides in oil, about 20 mins.
Recipe 2 - Crab roast
Ingredients
crab - 6 nos
coconut (shredded) - 1 cup
onion (sliced) - 2 nos
turmeric powder - 1/4 spn
garam masala powder - 1/2 spn
green chilly (crushed) - 3 nos
garlic (crushed) - 1 spn
ginger (crushed) - 1 spn
salt - as required
chilly powder - 1 tbspn
kudampuli water - 2 tbspn
oil - as required
Directions
1.Combine crab with coconut, onion, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, green chilly, garlic, ginger, salt, chilly powder, kudampuli and oil.
2.Add mix in a heated pan. Cover and cook for 20 mins.
Recipe 3 - Karimeen pollichathu
Ingredients
karimeen
chilly powder - 1 spn
turmeric powder - 1/4 spn
coriander powder - 1 tbspn
shallots (crushed) - 10 nos
ginger (crushed) - 1 tbspn
pepper (crushed) -1/2 spn
green chilly (crushed) - 1 tbspn
garlic (crushed) - 1 tbspn
curry leaves - 1 stem
kudampuli water - 2 tbspn
oil - as required
salt - as required
coconut milk - 1 cup
Directions
1.Combine whole ingredients in a bowl without coconut milk.
2.Apply masala in the fish.
3.Pour coconut milk on the top. Cover and cook.
