Do you have any idea about hike or salary increment in big 4 like EY GDS,PWC? for experience personal

I have worked in Big 4 for a decade 😊 so yeah i have pretty good idea how they compensate.

@@souvikbanerjee1565 salary totally depends on level, budget, performance and how well the group has done overall. So there is no guarentee of a set number. On an average for promotion year you should expect 15-25% in India and 12-20 % in USA I gave these numbers from what I have seen, there is no guarentee that this will be the case with you as these are average numbers.
