@@ambarish-dongre No thats not the same point , money in hand or in your kitty as pf is money you get, cost of living comparo wont have anything to do with how much you put aside as savings or 401 etc. It should be purely based on cost of living, basic expenses. Overall fact can never be true unless you get the basics right. So please make it right.
