As the owner of Cryptozoo you were required to fulfill certain legal obligations when running this NFT investment, and you were also required to hold the investor funds in trust and allow them to hatch their eggs and even retrieve their initial investment which they claim could not be done. If the matter goes to court you could face a large fine and also jail time from between 6 months to 30 years, which will depend on the severity of the charges laid against you and whether the grand jury finds you guilty on all counts.
