Someone recently put a comment on a Ren video. I don’t remember which video or who made the comment. The legacy of Ren will be the community that has rallied around him. I don’t ignore his talent or creativity and authenticity. It is what drew me to this man like no one else. The people who get ren, like you, and all of us, get each other and get the themes of REN’s art. Think about the reach he has created. One single man in the UK has created a movement. Yes, Ren is very different from the majority of musicians/artists because he walks the walk and doesn't just talk the talk. To many (artists and musicians) just tell their fans what they want to hear and don't live that life. Ren is a beautiful soul that is authentic, honest, has morals, integrity and cares about his fellow human beings and the earth. His heart, passion and love are to his fellow chronic disease sufferers and he wants to help them with his platform and voice. The best way he knows how to spread his message is with music and performing. This is why he has turned down many lucrative contracts from the labels because they will manipulate, censor and taint his messages. Besides he doesn't trust them because they stand for what he hates..greed.

I have said many times before that people with high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to experience empathy totally get REN . I have people in my life who don’t have either of those traits and they unsurprisingly don’t get him or shy away from even listening to him.

I saw a psychologist react to this and say when Ren choked up talking about during his illness it was literally his PTSD flashing him back into that time, yet he put himself there to get his message out. He's a truly brave soul.

In June of 2023 I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and given 12 to 18 months to live. Here we are 18 months later, an experimental treatment has cured me and my life is (almost) back to normal. Just recently discovering Ren has been one of those beautiful moments that make life so precious again. Thank you Ren and his wonderful RENegades including you @Parkskur.

I don't generally subscribe to a channel until I get a feel for a reactor. Ren has brought so many different souls together in this very rich tapestry. One of the vids you might enjoy is one from another reactor who recently created a song for Ren called Love’s Healing, which included many Renegades who sang and played as well. As you’ve probably seen, Ren is ill again; back in Canada receiving more treatments for a recurrence of several components of his Lyme Disease. He saw the video and posted it on his community page. We really are one big ‘family’.. very supportive of each other, the reaction community, and of course, Ren (and all of his singing partners) whom you’ll eventually meet as well! @@MacFufu we all think it. It's the ren-ergades function to spread this mentality. If you win, we all win, and I win too. It was one of the love musics. I think it was 2. Ren said "lift people up to a place they couldn't reach, and your rewards will be much more than you could earn in a week". A smile and cuppa tea is all I need. Money has the least value for me. If I have a roof, food, I'm clean and I'm warm. Who cares? Happiness is my most important thing in life.

Ok another brilliant artist for you. Fan of Rens referred Asaf Avidan to Ren. He watched and was blown away and asked us to go watch like and support and share. For a first song I suggest "900 days" and the rabbit hole is long and deep. 18 yrs. From. Israel. Lives in France. Only learned of Him through Ren. I am hooked on his artistry. Very well read.
