I just love how they explain everything while doing the exercises. This is a masterclasss in teaching too.

You guys have changed my training game completely. From terrible knees to some pretty strong joints I didn't even know were possible after some very stubborn wear and tear pain resulting from bad running mechanics. Salute and thank you, all the way from Kenya 🇰🇪

The scalability of ATG is like nothing else: My story = broke my patella 5 years ago (fell while running) - have had 2 surgeries, hardware in the knee, hundreds of hours of rehab, PT, multiple injections, laser, prolo, massage... you get the picture. Four years in, not satisfied with my recovered ability, I thought I'd try this program (watched lots of videos and listened to many pods with Ben starting about a year ago). I began ATG Knee Zero with LOTS of assistance in the squats, high platform for splits. Very slowly progressed, and had to back up when I went too far too fast - all good...After 6 months on the ATG program my knee is miles better than it was after all the other interventions combined. I continue to improve my knee ability and I am stronger overall today at 62 years old than I was in my 40s! Thanks to Ben and his coaches - I tell everyone I know!

I'm a year post acl and meniscus surgery, and honestly, the split squat is easier than the step ups. The muscle gives out right below my knee on the inside of my leg when i do step ups. I still practice them, I just have to be more cautious as I fatigue, and i can only do the a few inches off the ground. I still can't walk down stairs without a rail to alleviate my body weight. I've also been practicing Spanish squats with a band to strengthen my tendons, and it's alleviated a lot of the pain I was feeling while doing the step ups, as well as leg extensions. I love your content it's helped me a lot in my recovery. I have the mobility box and backward treadmill at home.

What are your thoughts on reformer Pilates?

Seems cool to me! Not how I exercise but seems there are some similarities 🤝

@@TheKneesovertoesguy thanks for the response! I love your videos but I don’t feel I have the bandwidth to incorporate all of your techniques just yet, so the structure of a Pilates class seems like a nice bridge in the meantime 😅

While I love these videos, I have all types of health issues preventing me to do 95% of these exercises. Just in a sucky place right now.

Take your time. Exercise is a practice. Even if you can only do one rep that's practice. ❤

Few years ago im in that situation, painfully slow rotating ankles. Then when i can walk start walking backwards. Thats the game changer. Walking backwards on treadmill for max assistant. I can standing pain free after so many years. Now and again pain came, rest again try to train again❤
