This video goes out to all of our supporters, especially those who sent donations for our annual Big Day Of Giving. We had a fundraising goal of $25,000 and we reached it! Thank you so much for supporting the Sacramento History Museum!
Jared had to get out the largest wood type (30 line pica that was made over 125 years ago) in the print shop for this video. The print reads, “Thank You!” This was letterpress printed with red oil base ink using our Washington hand press, made in 1852.
