Thanks Dr. Margus, I appreciate your videos and the efforts of all those who defend the KJV. You may know this, I just found it for myself. There is a large denomination that teaches that a saint is a dead person who did good works, and this denomination later decides to elevate said person to sainthood, also teaching that it is acceptable to pray to saints. Ever since the Reformation people have been able to read for themselves in the Bible that a saint is really a redeemed sinner, and that 'praying to saints' can be seen as an attempt to contact the dead, a practice forbidden in Lev 20 and Deut 18. In the KJV the word 'saint' or 'saints' is mentioned 101 times across both Testaments, the NIV84 68 times, and the NIV2011 zero times, finally freeing the word to revert to it's 'preferred' meaning. I think this is significant. Do the scholars, editors and publishers of these bibles and the Pastors who promote them know what they are doing? Best regards.

I remember when Jack Hyles was forced to take a stand against the Alexandria based "bibles" but he had to remain "face" as a "funny mentalist"

It was good that Jack Hyles took a "stand" against Alexandria, BUT this "stand" was more of a pragmatic choice rather than an honest belief. He claimed he never "corrected" the Book, but he did on numerous occasions. It would have been honest to admit his error, but he admitted no error. I am a graduate of his school and know what I heard and witnessed. The second Jack who replaced the first Jack clearly was NOT a Bible-believer. The school fails to rightly divide the word of truth dispensationally during its entire history.
