Thank you PNR! - See you again very very very soon!

This is a montage collection of personal clips of PNR Trains operation. Some of the footage were also shared by personal friends.
March 27, 2024 is scheduled to be the last operation of #PNR commuter in Metro Manila (NCR) as it will suspend its operation to give way for the construction of the #NSCR . The construction of NSCR is scheduled for 5 to 6 years. Bus augmentation program will be implemented for the affected patrons of #PhilippineNationalRailways . There are enthusiasts and fans of the PNR who are upset of the NSCR as it will be an elevated railway. It will be a very mixed emotions for the rail enthusiast of the Philippines.

Progress? The Manila Railway Company Ltd was formed by Edmund Sykes (English/Filipino) & was granted concession rights by the Spanish government to construct a railway from Manila to Dagupan on June 1, 1887. The line opened as the Ferrocarril de Manila a Dagupan on November 24, 1892. The Manila Railway Company Ltd was formally incorporated in Manila & London. In 1964 it became known as the P.N.R.

Haven't ride on the PNR because I'm from Mindanao. But I really hope the NSCR will be a much better railway system and hopefully in the future, makasakay ako sa tren ng NSCR. Hoping for the success of the NSCR project for the benefit of the commuting public.

Everytime I go to my school in Makati from Parañaque, we would always use the skyway naia ramp and hear the train sounds there, that was the 2016 times.

Thanks sir Dims for this, brings back great memories while riding along or across with it. Hope that they can still use it as an at-grade level commuter train once it will return in 2029 along with the elevated North-South commuter rail (NSCR) train. This is not a goodbye but a see you soon.

It's my first ride beginning 2022 and it was very easy to take a train ride from Paco Manila to Alabang vice versa back to Montalban Rizal. I do have my own footage in my channel and it was a good experience. Thanks for the footage @dmitryValencia

Working ako sa arca south. Ngayon ko lang nadinig yung busina ng PNR. Nakakamiss kasi di na namin nadidinig yung busina nya. A huge sacrifice specially traffic. Lalo na sa FTI ang end station ng subway and magkakaron din ng arca south exit ang skyway.

Sa PNR ko lang naranasan sumakay na halos di makahinga nun from Tutuban to Sucat sa dami ng tao, Pero gayunpaman maraming salamat sa tren na ito at swerte nung mga susunod kasi mararanasan na nila yung ginhawa sa mga susunod na taon and I`m looking forward to that.

Still remember riding this in college way back 2006...yung mga bagon parang yung pinapasabog lang sa movies ni Rudy Fernandez, parang pinagkakargahan pa ng kabayo pero nilagyan na lang ng upuan...walang aircon...daming nambabato lalo nun di pa na-clear yung mga Home Along Da Riles...10 pesos pa mula Espana hanggang Alabang. Tapos nung nagwork na ako, sasakay ako from Alabang to Buendia. 15 pesos yung bagong AC units nung 2010. Naawa pa ako sa mga train marshal kasi sobrang sikip ng uniforms nila. Worst of the worst talaga sometime in 2012 nung anniversary ng INC yata yun. Parang balik sa dating gawi ang PNR kasi sa dami ng sumakay dun sa pinakahuling train (Commex) may mga nakasakay ulit sa bubong, nakatayo yung mga tao sa upuan at lamesa, tapos may mga nakasabit dun sa train engine mismo. Hanggang sa nagtrabaho ako sa BGC from 2014-2023, nagje-jeep pa rin ako pa-Gate 3 para makasakay sa Nichols station. Hay memories. Hail PNR. Looking forward to NSCR in 5 years. ❤❤❤

1. Lumabas ako today para lang marinig yung busina at crossing siren for the last time. 2. Taena 5 years din akong almost everyday nag-PNR para sa trabaho, laking ginhawa. 3 times lang ako nakaraanas na nagkaaberya at kelangan lumipat ng jeep/bus. Never ako nalate kapag PNR sinasakyan ko. 3. Sir Dim, since elevated ung NSCR, pano yung areas na may flyover sa ibabaw, or like sa NLEX Connector, magiging magkalevel din ba yung riles and kalye sa itaas? Thanks.

There are the rumors that Calamba will stole the tracks from PNR to NSCR tracks or remove the tracks and put it on NSCR as PNR is almost at the NSCR to Calamba do you think this is true or false? Also theres no source but when im playing the game and chat there is a rumors coming

Heard the same rumors, but if PNR uses the tracks from the Tutuban-Calamba line to repair the Calamba-Legaspi line, it's called recycling, not stealing. The tracks are still PNR property.
