Being worthy just because I exist is such a foreign concept to me. I struggle so hard to understand that. I grew up in a family that valued hard work. If you hands weren't busy it meant you're lazy. My mom would crowl on the floor in pain but still clean that floor AND she would be proud of it! I'm working on changing my view about this but it's harder than you might think.

Hi! I saw this video and it made me happy that you got in front of the camera and reached out. It's good to have others to support you in hard times. I would say never worry about your subscribers because if they are loyal they will understand that you are only one person and cannot possibly respond to all the comments. I am a therapist and your therapist made me very annoyed because she had no right to put that pressure on you to respond to messages. When we comment we do it to support your channel and let you know we are here. I have a suggestion for you. If you feel like you have to respond to the comments just say it in your videos. Say you read them and send everyone love in bulk 😊 I hope you will continue to make quick update videos and even vent a bit on your videos. Life is complicated a lot of the time and we should all use the opportunity we have for community, to stick together and help each other. I'm pretty sure a lot of us crafters have a bunch of stuff too that we wonder if we are ever going to use. I was just last week looking at all the papers and stuff in general that I have collected and was feeling overwhelmed and questioning why I have all this and barely use most of it. So it's not just you. I think our art supplies make us happy so maybe we don't need a reason to justify our stuff and our mess. Let's just enjoy it and be happy. Sending hugs in the distance.

@@FunLifeOnABudget Just sit in a safe place in silence and go over the issue as an observer, not a participant so you can analyze what happened, why it happened, and how you handled it or didn't. This is how you learn to cope the next time it happens or something similar happens you will know the best way on how to deal. Start out by saying this. My friend is having a problem with (name the subject) how can I help them get through it? (write down your answers or put them on tape) What advice? And show them what they have learned to be able to help them going forward. This is how you can handle a problem as an observer and not as a participant going through it yourself. Hope this helps. I have other tips if this doesn't help.

Good morning, how are you doing and feeling? You have been on my heart and mind since I watched your video last night. I do not know your story and the reason behind your battle with depression and I do not need to know. I have bouts of depression due to ‘life’ happening as well as hormonal changes as I grow older. I am not walking in your shoes so I will not say that I understand what you are going through because I do not. But, what I will say is that I am earnestly praying for you to overcome this at this time in your life. I have not been a subscriber of yours for that long but I enjoy your content because I see a God given talent in you. I know that God has you and I want you to see God in yourself. Not everyone can create like you can because this is the gift that God has blessed you with. So if God thought enough of you to bless you with a gift so great that helps you to bring joy to others through it I want you to see and know that you are worthy and deserve to have true peace in your mind and soul. God is not going to waste Himself on someone that He does not call His own. I am not here to tell you that going to a therapist is a waste of your time because there was a time in my many years ago that I myself sought a therapist, even though I know who God was and still is in my life. But, I am going to ask you to pray and ask God to show you who you are as He sees you and not as you see yourself, I do not know how He is going to do it, whether it be through your therapist or not, but I do know that if you call on Him, He will answer. Jesus sits at the right hand of God making intercessions for us as we call on Him. If you like reading books I would like to suggest reading a book by Joyce Meyers titled, ‘Battlefield of the Mind.’ I want for you on today to feel the Presence of God in your life and if you do not feel His Presence just know that His eyes are on you and that He knows of the things that you have need of and He has blessed you with family that loves you and not just subscribers but a community who truly has a heart drawn to you, not just for your creative talent, but for you as a person. Your laughter when you are in your craft room and creating content for ‘your’ community, is everything, especially to those of us who may click on your video and is having an off day ourselves. For some in your community, your laughter is the only laughter that some may hear for themselves on that day. God uses us even when we do not realize it. Your laughter brings joy to others. Look at your laughter as your gift to help others smile and your creative talent as the avenue that God blessed you with to draw those who needs to see and hear from Him. Depression cannot have you because you are owned by God, for God, in Jesus name Amen. You are blessed beyond measure to still have laughter to come from within. So like one member of your community said, ‘put one foot in front of the other.’ I will add to that and say, ‘this too shall pass.’ Get up, thank God that you are among the land of the living, brush your teeth, wash your face, get dressed and seek God in the people and things around you. Will this end your depression for today? I will not say that it will but what it will do is help you in your current mindset and cause your soul to not be so weary. I do not know you and you do not know me but I love you with the love of the Lord and I want you to be encouraged in God through Jesus Christ on today✝️🙂💜💐.

If your therapist said you are "insulting", know that you are not. (Maybe that's not the word they used? Because it's the wrong word if it is, and was insulting YOU if they said it). YOU be YOU. If that means, awkward, difficulties taking compliments, sad, crying, struggling, whatever, know that it's OK to be that way. I once went back and read my decades of journals i wrote, and the question that came up over and over, I asked myself: "What is wrong with me?" After decades and reading that, I realized, nothing was wrong with me, this is how I am, so this is how you are. It's OK. I'm having a bad day too. We can get through this. I wish I had better words for you. Hugs, my friend. No need to reply. 🙂
