This is amazing and wonderfully helpful! Whenever i recorded my voice i had a pencil in my hand and hit the table 2 times when i misspoke. So i saw in the waveform immediately what sections to cut out. It was so annoying :D i will try your program right away

This is a great example of "you have a problem and you can solve it because you can code" Obviously improvements could be made, like a split mode where it does separate, numbered files per segment/line for easy drag n drop when editing and the added benefit that you could save those sections as they are recorded and won't lose too much data in case something crashes. And maybe add some command line parameters for the thresholds and audio recording parameters. ^^

@@kerotan2444 i tried by changing the line of code open in notepad and change line 128 from "audio_array.reshape((882))" to "audio_array.reshape((1764))" however, after doing that the program just started getting white noise instead of my microphone's real audio input, please do this and tell me if you have the same issue
