Being a big fan of the book, I found the highlights for your visuals very well chosen. Your visuals are very helpful in remembering the habits I want to upgrade after reading the book. Do you work through a pre work phase like highlighting or annotating the text you read and then choose the visuals?

I do! My most recent approach involves taking rough visual notes while I read (like I share here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/lZjEi6uNYqt-nbM), then selecting a few ideas to focus on and refining the visuals for a video like this.
