This man and what he represents may be one of the most gloriously beautiful things I can think of and when I want to cook for people his recipes are a go to for me. Sometimes the ingredients get a bit pricey, but even if it’s my first time making something that seems complicated it always turns out beautifully.

Whether you call it a pumpkin or a squash, it doesn’t marrow. (Don’t worry about the seed for me, I just had to use the pun.) anyhow, that is a masterful turks turban specimen, Gaz. And you and your team managed to make Timmy the pumpkin more disturbing than if you carved a jack-o-lantern out of it. Good job!

This was one of my favorite videos until now!! Every video from Gaz's new home has been actually. I love them all!!! This one put a big big smile on my face during the whole episode. It's so enjoyable to watch sweet people that are with good people around them, just doing what they love and clearly being in a happy place 🌸 LOVE IT ! I made a pasta just like that last year on pumpkin season with some sunflowerseed-dried tomato pumpkin blend, topped with beautiful eatable white little flowers from the garden, and it was the most beautiful and best tasting pasta that I ever made 🌞 Inspired of this episode, gonna do it again, and also those cinnamon rolls ohhhhhhh I was looking so sadly at the huge pumpkin amount of the garden this year (didnt feeel like eating pumpkin AGAIN) but I've been inspired by the good energy of you guys!!! Thanks!!! And Gazes seeds? Yes please! 🌝 Who knows if I have a own garden next summer , thats the way to go, towards independency! With the help of Timothys orphan children. I'll take good care of them... . . . 😈👹 Thanks guys, I LOVED IT ❤️

U can also grind up the dried seeds to fine consistency and use them as gluten free, high fiber, high protein flour. Wouldn't use for cake, but great for a pie crust, cookies, or probably partial use in biscuits or pastry dough

Great pumpkin patch - after you've saved a few of the best fat seeds for planting next year, you can roast the rest in the oven, drizzled with a little Virgin olive oil, salt and pepper until golden (about 10 mins) or spice it up a bit with either turmeric, chilli, rosemary, cumin or whatever takes your fancy - a great nutritious snack. They don't last long enough in our house to be eaten cold! Personally, I think hot is better. Love your videos and your passion for great vegan food - bravo Gaz
