We mix our West Indian food with American tradition. Turkey, stuffing with apples, cranberries, pecans, curry chicken and rice, roti, pecan cheesecake, pumpkin pie. That's just a few of the many dishes we have at my family home 😀

I had no idea Jordin Sparks had a baking channel!!!! Im a huge HTCI fan. I've tried several recipes and they are delicious! You seriously will never need another vanilla cake, chocolate cake, red velvet cake, ganache, caramel sauce (you get the idea 😂) recipe after trying hers!
