Fun fact about a potato ricer! You can save a step. You only have to chop whole potatoes, you don’t have to peel first! You just pull out the skins as you put through the ricer! Saves you like 10-15 minutes- which is amazing when your coining on thanksgiving! Save time whenever you can. Plus half the reason I didn’t make mashed potatoes often is because I didn’t want to peel them. With a ricer I cook them a lot more.

I go shopping on gray Thursday and Black Friday and sometimes on Cyber Monday it all depends on shipping prices because shipping to Hawaii can get pretty expensive

So it is early in the video so I'm sure I'm going to eddit this lol. But a super fast way to cook cinnamon rolls is in a waffle maker. Supper yummy. Foil pans my friend, less clean up and when you forget a pan it's no biggie. I feel like I always plan to make more than I do but it's always too much food anyways.

Foil pans are a lifesaver. I used 5 of them, 2 dollar tree Betty crocker tubs for cookies & 1 regular pan (I made too many breadcrumbs lol).

Kentucky Derby Pie has a gooey chocolate and walnut filling Chocolate Walnut Pie Prep Time 10 mins Cook Time 40 mins Total Time 50 mins This gooey homemade pie is full of chocolate chips and walnuts and only takes a few minutes of prep time. Ingredients 1 refrigerated pie crust 1 1/4 cups toasted walnuts 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 stick butter (8 tablespoons), melted and cooled 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract pinch of salt Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Shape pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate and crimp the edges. Scatter the walnuts and chocolate chips on top of pie crust. In a medium bowl, whisk together both sugars and flour. Add eggs, melted butter, vanilla, and salt and stir until smooth. Pour on top of chocolate chips and walnuts. Place in oven for 40 to 45 minutes, until set. Recipe Notes Let pie cool to room temperature if you want pretty slices. If you want it served warm, you can reheat the slices in the microwave briefly.
