I’m going to try this recipe today along with your pie crust! I just found your channel and I love everything about you, thanks so much for taking the time to make these videos. One tip I learned for making other cheesecakes is to beat the eggs by hand before adding them to the mix, and then incorporate them with a spatula or spoon instead of the mixer. This avoids beating air into the eggs and keeps your cheesecake from cracking on top. I’ve never had a cracked cheesecake after following that rule. Happy holidays to you and yours ❤️
