Hi , how do we setup the lead screw , parking position etc if using Thanos 4U controller without LCD screen ?

@@yangkelt7354 in latest firmware of Thanos4U you can use button combinations to restore presets for eracing-lab or generic sfx100 type actuators. But also there is configuration tool that can change parameters from the PC.

May I know what app or tools to use it on pc to setup the parameter ? I’m having ThanosAASD15 controller now , I’m going to build new set of actuator 70mm stroke and lead screw 5mm , can Thanos4U meet my requirement ?

@yangkelt7354 ther config tool for Thanos4u is in the github. But for custom actuators, the best is to use AMC-AASD15 controller with the LCD menu that has more options.

How do you change setting on this device from default Normally Open to Normally Closed?

What if we want to add traction lose or anything else, can it be expanded or is it limited too 4 actuators or can you use more than one thanos4u? Amazing work again. What are the advantages too the normal thanos and this?

You can use two Thanos4U controllers, one main for vertical actuators and a secondary for horizontal actuators like TL, Surge etc... It's supported plug and play by SRS... For the advantages, see this post that sums it up: instagram.com/p/CYhCq1ZFaeT/?

No, sorry. Its designed to be plug and play with AASD-15A servos which are cheaper and 1000 times better than steppers...

@@tronicgr Thanks I saw a solution like the sfx 100 with stepper motors and an arduino called srt 100 . The cost are less then a servo. I am still looking for what is the best solution and affordable.

I'm not sure if these have same pinout or parameters. The Thanos4U is designed to be plug and play with AASD-15A drivers
