Where to and how to get this E currency ? I deposit money in the bank and use that money with the help of debit card. I can draw money from ATM . Also I can draw the money from the bank account through bank withdrawal challan. These are the things we know. In the case of e currency, should I go to RBI or some nominated bank and obtain that e vallet by giving Indian or foreign currency, say for a sum of Rs 10, 0000/-, and start spending ? Which means it is some thing similar to debit card. Only difference is there it is debit card and here it is e Vallet. Is it right ? Confusion persists.

Here after in the case of higher amount transaction more than 10 lakhs, they have to do through e-rupee only. Even somebody want to deposit more than 10 lakhs in bank, they have to deposit through e-rupee only. So they have to convert all black money into e-rupee. It won' t affect poor and middle people. They can pay through phone pe or Paytm as usual. By this way government will monitor all high end transactions.
