Hi saroja garu, u have to see from first part video.1. First we have to coock rice with water,after that take that Ganji(final resedu we will call Ganji) in a bowl add Vamu powder+Rock salt+Dabbakaya leaves(search in google)+1/2 lt water+Butter milk very diluted with water. This is 1st day video.

2nd day video:Today take fresh Ganji(newly coocked rise residue) ,water half lt, salt. After preparing above items: take 1st day's main part of Ganji upper layer water in new bowel ,add today's fresh Ganji +new water+salt then stirr it and kee aside.No one should touch that main bowel.

3rd day video:Today also take Ganji(freshly coocked liquid residue)'Vamu powder,Salt, half lt water. Add all these items and upper layer water of 2nd day main bowel liquid then stirr it well and keep aside.Like this follow 7days.on 8th day evening transwer all this in to clay pot.
