@@ismartsharan923 Not 100% dude But for example if you have a 30% health rate and you push it to 60% Then your son's beggining health rate will be atleast 50-60% and he can push it to 80-90% Means your offsprings health starts within you So, you can work on yourself to give a better health for your son rather than forcing your Mrs to eat healthy foods during pregnancy
