That Evening Sun Official Trailer HD

Abner Meecham (Hal Holbrook), an aging Tennessee farmer discarded to a nursing facility by his lawyer son, flees the old folks home and catches a ride back to his country farm to live out his days in peace. Upon his return, he discovers that his son (Walton Goggins) has leased the farm to an old enemy and his family.

One of the reviews said you could almost feel the Tennessee humidity. That's an understatement. I worked on the film , was the stand-in for Ray McKinnon, and later arrested him. I'm in the trailer, as a sheriff, going up on the porch on the left. We filmed at the farm house and shack and it was hotter than the gates of hell, and humid, drank Gatorade by the gallon and it went right through you. It was even hotter inside the house and shack. I enjoyed getting to meet Holbrook, and talking and cutting up with the rest of the cast and crew. Mia is from Australia, and I spoke to her and her mom about how she really pulled off a great Appalachian dialect.

Though fantastical at times, the story was told well enough to allow for suspension of disbelief; the magic tricks are fun, but the story really draws the viewer in. It is really nice movie to see on kookíca. So dont wait, come and enjoy it.
