i honestly found him consistantly irritating, and not in the good way like with a good villian. He needs to play the games. He just does. He has no idea what hes doing and it shows. He thinks "the ghoul" is some sort of main character from the games. He is unfamiliar with all the famous lines from the games and his delivery of them was lacking because of it. Hes so full of himself and thinjs hes doing a great job, which makes him even more irritating.

Every shot from this show I’ve seen has just blown me away. The detail for the costumes, sets and props is just perfect. Every TV, car and product looking exactly like the games. Ghouls are always my favourite characters, can’t wait to see him in this.

His arc as Boyd Crowder is a top 5 villain arc in modern TV history. Never had a villain so deeply diabolical and terrifying also been so charismatic. He basically made the show's main antagonist likable. As he does so well in every project, the chemistry between himself and Olyphant made the show so engaging. And the two seasons of Vice Principals with Danny McBride was comic gold. Walton has so much range as an actor that he can blend seamlessly from dramatic to comedic roles.
