I thought global warming was going to appear. What made you decide to choose the ending in the animatic? Just wondering

It was just what came naturally to me. That when i was walking down to my house and listening to this song, pretending to watch this beautiful meteor shower come closer and closer and knowing we were all going to die. I guess i wanted to depict that small moment of calm before the storm. That’s what the song reminded me of. It would have made more sense to make global warming or human destruction to be the end- i just thought of this as more poetic, something we couldn’t control. That the universe said “ enough” and took matters into its own hands.
