Hope you week is going well! The funnest part about having equipment is fixing it? Isn't it? 😂

I just went through and greased all of my zerks on my company's dump trailer. Nobody asked me I just do it every 6 months or the first squeak, but at the same time I went and increase our little right behind ditch witch all of its implements. Some are more religious than others when it comes to how often you should grease your zerk fittings those who like to keep their equipment running do it every 8 hours of running time no more than 16 hours yes it's a lot of Grease but do you want to pay$10 California coin$ it may not be exactly that much but it feels like it. Or a couple hundred to a couple thousand dollars to repair something you could have just maintain. Yes things break but they last longer when you take care of them as long as you can. All of that just to say Stan I think you're responsible for this one grab a grease gun once in awhile I know you don't like to do maintenance but seriously do you like to buy new equipment instead of just using a battery-operated squeeze the trigger get her good get her done! They're not coming after our grease GUNS yet use that thing 😂

Greasing zerks and changing fluids/belts/filters on schedule is how you show you care for your own or the equipment you use, It is also many times a safety issue. If it has a zerk it was engineered to get fresh grease on some kind of mile/hour interval to prevent metal on metal wear, yes we can literally rebuild worn away metal, but even more so when we are talking bigger, heavier equipment, you don't want to be down 1-5 days as the mechanic comes in to replace the pin, prep, weld and line boar the bushing back to a usable spec.

Stanely, I have seen in other videos that you have a storage barn for a lot of your stuff. Do you have running water in the storage barn? If you do get a hoses and a good power washer and regularly clean and wash everything off the equipment. I am also trying to figure how I can make a trip up to see you. The best way I have found is Amtrak. $70 round trip. I will be in touch when I know more.

All the dirt, dust, and grime also will make your machine run hotter which in turn reduces the life of all your lubricants and lifespan of the equipment.

I LOVE CMP attachments. Their eqipment is very good. BUT the KUBOTA is a total beast. Its so OP. Thats why this happened. NOT a reflection of their quality.
