I think the scariest thing about some of these stories are that they are of things that can and do happen. Runaways, homeless people, sex workers, kidnapped kids, people who go hiking or traveling alone... thing like this happen to them and most of us don't even know and a lot of it goes unreported because no one knows about the people or don't care, especially when they're homeless people or sex workers. And the most sick part is, the video taping, that's what you see when you go to those dark web sites and see all that brutal stuff happening to people, those unreported cases. Just makes you sick to your stomach.
