The conversation of economic disparity and the effect on the entire coffee industry is amazing. Liberation for one, liberation for all.

The BIGGEST LIE You've Been Told About Money is that it doesn't grow on TREES!! 😆

I agree with you!! Money actually grow on trees but only on trees that was planted by you!! These tress are referred to as investments. How you diversify your investment portfolio matters

I was really into the episode, being a Colombian with a background in coffee. But your comment at minute 12 about Colombia 'exporting things that wake people up' really missed the mark. It reduces a rich cultural heritage and one of the world’s most important coffee industries to tired stereotypes, overlooking the significance of Colombia’s coffee legacy. Stereotypes like that diminish important conversations, especially when we're highlighting entrepreneurs. Something to hopefully consider.

A word on last names - Americans aren't pronouncing Italian last names correctly either, you're hearing an anglicized version most of the time. Thank you to Sahra Nguyen for sharing how to pronounce her last name! 🙂

If you make $15 an hour you have no business buying a $15-20 Panera, Chipotle etc. lunch everyday, not even once a week. I see it all of the time and don’t know how they have money left to put gas in their car.

I make $16 and hour and I wonder the same thing. The only thing I have enough more for is to go home 😅😂 and there’s always an emergency lol so savings is impossible lol.

@@lets-celebrviii $15 is $30k a year and that’s if you get 40 hours a week. There’s no budget for $300 a month for takeout lunch on $30k a year after payroll deductions even living in your mom’s basement. They should pack a lunch and throw that in an investment account.

Coffee is over hyped and over valued product. For me personally, is just a waste of money since it is not needed. I do not understand why people find it a necessity to get coffee EVERY day as if they have an addiction
