Everywhere in the world is turning into a police nanny state it's infuriating. It's about control and ego unchecked not about safety! Cops just on a power trip. They will talk polite but still gang up on you with the power of the uniform. I think more cops create more crime. And they would never treat their own this way. Flexing authority just to feel powerful, and if you have 10 cops when you only need 1, the other 9 will find a reason to look busy and make their job look necessary and that means we as people got to deal with control states. And then they will say "just following orders". Even in ancient Rome you could get fed to lions for breaking a master's plates or cutlery....

For everyone not sure what's going on, there's an issue with people modifying the exhaust to be super loud. This bike was too loud and suspected of having a modified exhaust system.

Renting bikes business is illegal in Nepal. He was a cop in civil dress. Maybe the owner didn't give Enough bribe. But there's no penalty for the rider. Just handover the bike documents and owner will pay fine.
