You know how there are songs that a country knows, and I don't mean that the people who live in the country know it, I mean that THE country knows, that means that a the person who is born in that country for the Having been born in it, will eventually know the song and at least knows the lyrics of the chorus. I can imagine that this is heaven for any author, is the sky that very few achieve, well, Juan Gabriel has at least a dozen of those. That's how eternal that man is. On the other hand, for the same reason explained above, we Mexicans tend to take Juan Gabriel for granted, we get used to him and it is thanks to observing him again through your eyes that I have been able to rediscover Juan Gabriel and be aware of what Blessed were we to have had him around us for so many years, and FOR that I Thank you 🙏🏼

Juan Gabriel dressed in evening clothes by Eduardo Magallanes, is the name of the last album that Juan Gabriel released shortly before his death. This album brings together well-known compositions from the successful catalog of Divo de Juárez, 34 songs and 7 videos with arrangements by Eduardo Magallanes, orchestra director and phonographic producer, who was a fundamental part of the history of the Mexican artist. Eduardo Magallanes worked with Juan Gabriel for almost seven years. “It is the greatest gift of my life (...) at the end of the day, I am nothing more than a musician who has done his work with passion and rigor and he, Alberto, valued it to the point of having distinguished me as the arranger , orchestrator and musical director of this project.”

7 long years to make this wonderful album, where he placed all his love and dedication as always, leaving his love for his music reflected! It seemed like a premonition, one last gift that our beloved Divo would give us! It is impossible not to feel immense sadness when listening to it!

i had seen this video before and shared with my family before. Music and Juan Gabriel has always been part of family gatherings for us. I live right on the Border of Mexico in Texas, but grew up in Detroit. I in my teens to early 20"s I saw Led Zeppelin Grand Funk Jimi Hendrix, CCR, America, Chicago, EW&F, all MOTOWN, Mariachi and all kinds of Spanish music. No one ever came close to the MAGIC that El Divo presented. The show, his character, voice, dance, connection, conviction and supreme talent hooked you from song one till the very end 3-4 hours later. In this song, they played their tango version and threw in an electric guitar solo, yet all of it fit perfectly. Gracias Señor Arabe, for your respectful and honest reactions.

Aquí lo relevante que es una versión tipo tango balda . Hello, the recording was made in his studio in Cancun, there are several testimonies, a place where it was like a village, he invited his friends and artists, recorded songs of his hits and new questions of songs that they liked. My parents would play them, now as an adult I can truly appreciate the depth and greatness of his music. I have never heard an orchestra play this beautiful, combining so many styles of music . Never seen a Harp used except in cartoons with the little angels . RIP to the greatest musician of all time! Bravo 👏🏼!

If you love Juan Ga...and voices that give you goosebumps...Buika is one of those rare ppl in the world with such a voice, so powerful it moves you...and because you are Arab and Flamenco was deeply influenced by cultures and histories colliding like great rivers into eachother...Buika is an experience for sure.
