Gearmanndude rules!! I remember a review about the Homebrew Electronics "Full Metal Jacket" bacK in 2009, I thought wow!! that hard overdrive sound is great! I went online and bought the thing. And it truly is good the pedal, but then you watch more videos and realise that Gearmanndude just make them sound better! I don't care if he uses just a couple of chords on his demos, he just NAILS THE SOUND!! I also watch most of the videos from Dan and Mick, great demos guys!! THANKS!!
@jdavis.fw3036 жыл бұрын
Yes!!!!!!!! GuitCon has made so many awesome things happen in the pedal demo world. I'm psyched to see everyone is cool with each other. Y'all got to get together with Andy Martin now, what a legend that guy is in pedal demos. Seriously that guy could sell a green cardboard box with hand drawn knobs to at least a few 1000 people.

Yeh GMD definitely a reference as are you two whipper snappers, with all the videos you’ve all done we know how YOU all sound and can relate that to the product, the one thing with GMD is he is not shy in making a pedal sound bad, where as a lot of demos only show the positives. Long may it all last.

Hey Dan & Mick, I was looking around on the interwebs and couldn't find any comparisons of Bitcrusher pedals. I know they're quite boutique but would love to hear a comparison of a few, especially for their noise levels. Keep up the great work! Naturally funny... a real working player who knows what we want to hear to decide if we are going to buy. He is the ultimate example of what works on KZbin in a way that might not be true anywhere else. I saw his face on another Guitcon video... and I am not going back... I prefer him more anonymous. Much cooler. Now. We know his pedal was the Luther Drive and we see his name tag says Eric. So ... maybe he's Eric Luther... maybe he's Jack Black... maybe he is neither. But I now know the D&M drive much better than before and am actually thinking about buying it sooner. Gearmandude is the real thing.
