Wow - this is a solid value in today's market. I would much rather choose this over a same price tiny home: three times the space for the same money. I would take it just like it is, VOG and everything. Yes, I know that many tiny homes come with higher end finishes, but this has realistic space for living with much greater individual privacy for the occupants. I prefer these smaller doublewides over the same square footage singlewides. I really enjoy your understated style of presentation, you never over talk the viewer. You let the camera do a lot of the talking.

This is a beautiful home! Love the colors, floorplan, and size! I really like the wall covering, so I could do without tape and texture. It's finished so well, but it seem incomplete without baseboards; which I believe would give it a more finished look...I assume they are optional? Thanks for the tour. I hope you and Raiden are doing well.

First off the Living Room would be much nicer with an Electric Fireplace on the wall where you walk into the home with the Hook-Ups for your TV above the Mantle ( or on the wall directly across the room ). And lose that big window in the Kitchen that takes away from counter too prep space, the Sliding Doors in Dining Room are enough. And definitely need Appliance Upgrade cause those look like they are still from the 70’s! Smooth Top Stove ( self cleaning ) please & a Side by Side Refrigerator with Ice & Water in the Door please. Very nice Utility Room, love the Big Sink & the whole layout in there. Really nice Guest Bathroom, plenty of room in there, pretty Vanity. Master Bath needs Double Sinks & Tile Shower would look better with lighter colored Tile, those dark Tiles make it look smaller where light colored would make it look bigger ( and less claustrophobic ). As far as the Bedrooms go for me they are All too small, no room for a Dresser or a Chest of Drawers in any of them & be able to walk around in there, got to have a place for socks, underwear etc…
