Well, I don't think that it is a good idea for a President to have the power to assassinate other politicians that he or she opposes and claim that it is part of his core responsibilities. The Supreme Court said it was up to Congress to impeach and remove - which has never happened in U.S. History. The soldiers who died in Afganistan did so from a terrorist attack that also killed the terrorist. By their nature they do not announce what they do. In otherwords, as Commander in Chief that is truly a part of the Presidents core responsibility in which he is NOT accountable for loss of life since NO ONE could have known. All of the stuff Trump is in legal hot water for is not close to the core responsibility of a president.
