Now Kirk baby, I gotta tell yah, the recipe for the dough was different in using cream. The outcome was beautiful. Yes, being from New Orleans, we are serious about our food. Never thought about adding blueberries to peach cobbler or adding Bourbon. Awesome job Kirk. At some point and time, hopefully a cookbook may emerge. Continued Blessings.
