I'm a 49 year old woman. I wouldn't touch hRt. Estrogen is not a feel good hormone. I use bioidentical Red clover,soy, . Natural progesterone cream. Progesterone is the feel good hormone. I know of a trans woman that handcuffed themselves to a bike and went into the lake. That's the stuff estrogen will do to a male body. These doctors are not telling people the truth

Best of luck on your voice surgery! I'm curious about that, because not much is said about it on the trans channels I watch (or in the trans Discord servers I'm on), and I'm under the impression that the majority of trans women do voice training alone? I'm really afraid of "not sounding female enough", though, not only in speech but also in grunts and sighs and all the other nonverbal vocalizations I make.
