And they also have YT, etc., so they don't always have to 'audition' for producers. Dunno!

I saw him about 35 or so years ago in Laughlin, NV at a casino. He had mascara running down his mug, couldn't dance, and I thought, "I wonder how anyone could sing the same 10 songs over and over and over without dying of boredom." Here he still is, more than chubby, still can't dance, and with a $2 toupee. Still singing the same 10 songs. Makes me wonder if his original recording contract didn't pay him anything since he's still working .

He did have a major accident, half of his body paralyzed, needed surgeries, physical therapy to relearn everything, so those medical bills and his drug habits in the 70s likely left him needing to work.

Sound is great. The horn section is not nearly at entertaining - they just stand there unlike the old line up. Those guys were off the hook, loved them. And for the love of God ditch those shitty dancers. The Sunshine band was always classy, now it's trashy.
