In regards to Sung Jinwoo stamina endurance, we've to take into account that even being the weakest Hunter on Earth, he's still a Hunter and all of them are superhuman and he's also used to survive situations where he's outmatched, so he running in the desert to scape giant centipedes during 4 straight hours kinda make sense. Great video as always

Nah it doesn't bro. At that point he was barely stronger than a normal human. Let's say he was still more athletic than top athletes and could round a double marathon in 4 hours. That makes sense. But Sprinting for 4 Hours is way way way beyond anything close to even a top athlete

I did saitama's training routine for almost a year except I added more reps as I got stronger. I started when I was 14 in 2017 and let me tell ya something my shoulders still have not recovered. I have bad shoulders running through my dads side of the family. Me and my brother both have bad and naturally weak front delts, so does my dad. Once I started incorporating pullups, meditation, and yoga to my routine. My athleticism shot through the roof and I was able to work out longer without feeling like I was dead afterwards.

​@@JaxBlade Man these anime dudes make me jealous Sometimes I feel like I should have senju beans too, naturally recovering is a LOOOONG process, even longer than super shenron😂 Sometimes your injury just never heals I wonder how strong I'd get in just a month if I had unlimited supply of senju beans, I'll train to death every day and just when I am bout to die I'll swallow a senju😂 Anyways, rl isn't like anime, so you gotta be slow and patient, learned that the hard way😂

1:22 Don’t forget that even the weakest of hunters are way way stronger than normal people. The Goblins in the gates were able to tank bullets. So to be able to fight those things is pretty insane.

Manhwa is full of talent in drawing the animation that make it look like anime in each page but manga is full of hardwork that make story line better I read both so I know the difference

Not sure if anyone already explained it but the reason he has stamina is because he's a hunter, although the lowest ranked, he is still an awakened hunter. The thing is, even the lowest E ranked hunters are like olympians when compared to civilians because of mana. I hope it will be explained in the anime further but that's basically it.

btw, he still does it at the end of the series. there's a scene around the end of the series where his sister asks to join him in his morning routine and we see that he still is doing this exact routine, just harder and with no rewards. that's one of my favorite parts in the series

Well, guess I’m going to have to start watching this one. I’ve noticed over time my recovery and ability to heal from things (like ripping up my hands deadlifting) has gotten better and better, and seems to still be on an upward trend. It really helps a ton to be able to jump back fast after getting beat up.

Solo leveling And now i'll have to check that show out, too. Actually, immediate post training recovery would be an incredibly broken ability! Reminds me of another (i think?) Isekai series I'd heard of where the protagonists "weak" ability is that he can walk without getting tired/being over encombered and gets experience points for every step he takes!

I believe the author of Solo Levelling ( or is it the artist) was inspired by One and so thought to honour him by referencing the routine. Just like Toriyama-sensei (RIP) and Oda-sensei in regards to Luffy and Goku all inspired by Sung-Wukong, it's a nod of appreciation towards their craft. It would be interesting reading a manga of Saitama and Sung interacting hahaha. Gret content as always, stay awesome !

You should take a look at the workout on the "the wrong way to use healing magic" if you thought it was cool to heal after you workout, because the main protagonist pretty much used that to the extreme in this anime as well

That shoulder and knee thing was the reason I fcked up my body Was just doing pushups, pullups, squats and running vigorously, w/out giving my body enough time to heal, cuz phonk music and rock lee motivation kept me going even through pain! But now I understand that you should take everything slow and steady, it takes consistency to build anything, not just your body Speeding things up will only do harm than good! Can you plewase make a video on these topics that how should one maintain a healthy shoulder, and knees, despite doing workouts??? Please brotha

How I've done it was to find the max reps you can do and split them up into 4 sets 2 in the morning and 2 at night alternate in active rest days walking helps recovery you can used the rest day to do your 10k jog. The point in this is to gradually increase your reps when working out. Ive built muscle in about three months wasn't able to life more then 10lbs now I can lift 30lbs with ease using dumbells. But the concept is still the same. Do this for a couple of weeks and you can feel much better also if you weight yourself do it in the morning before eating and drinking for actual weight. You don't need 100 of everything you just need to do enough reps to fatigue your muscles. Rest between the two sets 10 seconds or 30. Remember to rest the following day for walking/ jogging.

Also he was in sand bare feet. Yep the instant healing made me think of The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic. I was like thats nice to have but having that magic sheesh train all day every day and get to heal my muscle tears right away. I always wonder why they didn't add pull ups into the mix. Especaily since you always bring that up with the push ups. I'm like artists listen to Jax lol Yeah I'll say my change in anime has change a bit or more I just know what I enjoy most in anime since I watch all kinds just some I enjoy more then others #SOLOLEVELING I am so excited about solo leveling. Loving every second of it and been watching the dub as it comes out too. So been a blast re seeing the episode few weeks later. Also Aleks Le is just amazing

@JaxBlade A question from another anime that I would like your opinion. Do you think that maruo's training to become professional (around epi 20 S1 of Baby Steps) is realistic? Especially those 2 first months of training, that focused on getting body ready to a match.

Its very important to hit every muscle and body part, when one muscle gets too strong in relation to its supporting structure, that supporting structure will fail

I mean I’d say if you want to stick with the high rep theme I’d say to add 50-100 bodyweight rows or pull-ups, and 50-100 kettlebell swings
