Toji's physique is very similar to Garou's physique from One Punch Man. Both got a heavy upper build and tapered waist, but look shredded and aesthetic at the same time. Personally, my favorite type of body, it's just so functional.

After years of fluctuating from fat to muscular and bulky to way too lean & tired, I have had Toji's physique for the last 4 years and have been able to maintain it easily even going a week or 2 with no weights. Below I'll include my usual routine. Each workout should only last 1h to 1h 20m. These are also relatively lightweight and done from home with 1 minute and 30 seconds rest between sets. I don't have dumbells over 35lb and for the bar, I don't really go above 140lb. I don't do much cardio like running etc... I do 100+ jumping jacks and a few minutes of shadowboxing every day. I also work on my feet daily so that helps. Diet wise I don't count calories, just make sure to get 200g of protein. Usually, I'll eat a steak with high-protein pasta or chicken 5 days of the week and whatever like fast food, desserts for 2. It goes without saying that you shouldn't eat too many carbs if you want that V taper. -Day 1- Push-ups 20x4 Wide grip pull-ups 10x4 in between each set of push-ups. Flat bench press 10x4 Bent over rows 12x4 Flat bench Flys 12x4 Sitting dumbbell overhead press 12x4 Sit-ups 15x4 and Russian twists 20x4 -Day 2- Neutral grip pull-ups 10x4 Standing bicep curl (with or without curl bar) 10x4 Barbell back squat 10x4 Hammer curls 12x4 Calf raises 20x4 Sitting skull crushers 10x4 Sitting lateral raises 12x4 (usually lightweight) Sit ups 15x4 and crunches 20x4 -Day 3- Diamond Push-ups 15x4 Wide grip pull-ups 10x4 in between each set of push-ups. Incline Bench press 10x4 Pendlay row 12x4 Decline dumbell bench press 20x4 (comfortable weight) Russian twists 20x4, Stomach Vacuums 20x4 -Day 4- Chin-ups 10x4 21's x4 sets Jump squats 10x4 Pause hammer curls 8x4 Weighted Lunges walk 20 steps x4 Bent-over Flys 12x4 lightweight. Calf raises 20x4 Sitting skull crushes 10x4 Crunches 20x4 and bicycle kicks 40x4 -Day 5- Pull-ups 8x4 Push-ups 10x5 Romanian deadlift 4x5 Bodyweight squats 10x5 Sit-ups 10x5 -Days 6 & 7- Rest.

@80000V
@80000V 11 ай бұрын
@peepeeman4740 Thank you! I said that I have been able to maintain it easily because the exercises that I chose are ones that I enjoy doing and don't require machines. I can get them done in a short amount of time after or before work and aren't too straining or with heavy weights(to me) so I'm not feeling burnt out and I can go about my day. If I do feel like it was too easy I will add extra sets since I don't have heavier weights. They also don't require me to go to a gym. If I find myself in a place without equipment like on vacation somewhere rural or just really far from a gym(I don't like going to the gym unless I have a partner) these are workouts that I can do with like a gallon of water or luggage lol! Also with the way I eat, I'm never really heavy on carbs I'm usually at 100g some days more and others less. When I did cut back in the day or if it's been a week where I didn't do too much I would limit my carbs to around 60g - 80g. Fats I don't really monitor, but I know I rarely exceed 80g(only on the 2 days I eat out lol), And like I said in the post I don't count calories. That's what works for me. Definitely feels a lot better than when I was on a strict diet/workout regimen.

i do love that toji's body is realistic and more attainable, personally I don't ever wanna be super big, but don't wanna be super small either I think his is the perfect middle ground. Especially because I'm a little taller than average so packing muscle on my frame in general. love the exercises I'll definitely incorporate some of them into my routine going forward!

it's not realistic at all sorry to mind blow you. and you'll never become "super big" even if you try your best with optimal nutrition and sleep. people who say they don't want to get too big have never gymmed hard in their life

@@XLEZZY_REUPLOADS or here me out I used to be fat so being to big isn't my thing and I prefer a leaner aesthetic. Also this physique is 100% realistically nothing is outwardly disproportionate and muscle isn't to big or to small it's clearly a trained physique

It is achievable, but probably only with a lot of work depending on your genetics. No need to be pessimistic, but we also need to know that some things like shoulder width, waist and hips size (to mimic his very pronounced V, even more so if you're using the reference from the anime and not Manga) are limited by what birth has given you

@@chafikjaaouan7347 Have you ever walked into a gym? I've been going to a bodybuilding famous gym for the last 3 years and not once have I seen anyone look as sculpted as Toji. My gym also has a lot of steroid users but none of them are as lean yet bulky as him. You need to stop reinforcing false expectations. His waist is literally smaller than my will to live, good luck "achieving" that outside of winning the genetic lottery

I think the main reason his physique is so aesthetic are because of his wide shoulders in proportion to his small waist, long torso and his long arms and legs, in contrast to Todou who looks blocky despite being a bit taller than Toji (Yes i searched their heights).

WARM UP: JB nailed it. Just do something fun that gets you "glazed"/heart rate up, breathing a little fast, sweaty-ish, loose for the workout! POWER BLOCK: Light weight, explosive movement. + Prowler Rows: 3x5 (Rest till ready, use legs to generate power, tight core, explode!) + Landmine Single Arm Shoulder Press: 3x5 (Rest: When you're ready, use legs to generate power, explode!) (RIP Greg Plitt) STRENGTH BLOCK: High weight, low Reps. + DLs/Front Squats: 3x5 Reps (USE. PROPER.FORM.AND.WEIGHT. Rest till ready/recovered/3-5 minutes) + (Weighted) Pull-ups/Negatives: 3x5 Reps (Use proper form, if using Negatives, have a 3 second descent, rest till recovered/3-5 minutes) + (Weighted) Dips: 3x5-8 (Mind your shoulders, lean forward to focus on chest, stay upright for tricep gains, rest till recovered/3-5 minutes) HYPERTROPHY BLOCK: Low-medium weight, medium rest. + Squats/Walking Lunges: 3x12-20 (chase the burn, slow tempo, if using weight use DBs at side, rest 60-90 seconds) + Reverse Flies: 3x15 (Use light weight, go slow, live in the burn, rest 60-90 seconds) + DB Bench Press/(Weighted) Push Ups: 3x15 (Use light weight, go slow, feel stretch in chest at bottom, live in the burn, rest 60-90 seconds) ABS: + Hanging Knee Raises: 3x30 seconds/failure. + Note: This is only working ONE function of the core, so, yeah...😆 This CAN be a LOT of volume if you're a beginner (mind JB's note about the CNS), so, TEST IT OUT for a couple of weeks before really pushing the gas, and rest plenty, dudes and dudettes! 🫡

I'm glad to know that the exorcises I've already been doing (pull ups, dips, shoulder presses) will help me become a shredded demon like Toji. This video will add fuel to the 🔥🔥🔥

I am loving this detailed worked through style (Even if i don't know much about this charicter) Currently trying to go for a Gray Fullbuster (with very slow but gradual progress having a desk job and all) Classic TLTT, and you never know I may be able to age gracefully into a Bumi.
