that feeling of being behind in life, lost, and alone.
This was made a year ago but I never released it until now, probably for the better.
You can still show support here:

A year later, I still have similar feelings but A LOT has changed but I'll save that for the next entry. Thanks for those that watch.

What i would do is find something that makes you feel proud of yourself regardless of what other people think for an example if petting a cat makes you proud then your proud and if someone says thats weird then think to your self this it may be weird the that person but not to me because i did something the made me feel proud and thats all that matters right now

I randomly stumbled across your video and I am glad I did. Thank you for being so honest. I find you so brave and authentic, I really admire that. For you to take this channel as far as you have is a huge accomplishment and you've gone further than many. I have always wanted to do something else but have always been too scared to take the leap. Too scared to let go of my 9-5 job or even putting in any effort and really try .. was always too worried about failing. haha be proud of where you are. You're probably just in a little funk at the moment. Trust that things will work out eventually. Just focus on getting yourself mentally and emotionally in a more positive state and things will follow.. as it always has. Persevere! :)

I'm currently in the same situation. I worked a couple jobs here and there. I was trying to figure out what the hell I wanted for years and years. I decided to make myself happy and do what I want instead of trying to make other people happy. Recently , I got a new job that pays really really good and I'm finally realizing my passion AMD going for it. So I understand what you're going through. I hope you stop feeling sorry for yourself! You can make it dude. Live positively. You gotta take that one step at a time . Love you.

I totally understand you here. I was in the same boat. It took time but i tried for many years...even sleeping in my car, but now I work for myself, have a nice building, nice business and am very happy. You need to get out of this funk. Please. YOU WILL make it. Many people go through what you are. Bring yourself up, be happy with yourself and slowly make yourself into what you want. It does not happen over night my brother.

I feel you man. I’m actually planning on a gap year in Vietnam, and I’m not sure how to start talking to my parents about it. I don’t think my parents would ever understand though, after all my dad was a refugee and my mom studied her way out of the country. But there something about Vietnam that I miss so much and ironically it’s freedom. I want so badly to experience financial independence, even for such a short time. I could actually do some of the things I missed out of in high school, like teach myself programming or study and retake college exams. But to do all that, a lot of shaming and disappointment will I think come my way.

I could totally relate. I'm 22, just graduated from a uni in Taiwan, don't even feel like I belong here in Taiwan. I have an Indonesian nationality. But in my case, I aspire to live and work in Vancouver, which basically IS the life you're living right now. I've watched a lot of your videos in order to understand how it feels like living in Vancouver. In my case, my passport won't even allow me to travel to many places and need to pay some money for the visas. And the worst thing about working in my country, even sometimes, the fresh grad could only get the minimum wage, which is only US$150-300/month, I am guessing Vietnam's minimum wage is also pretty low, since it is also a developing country. All I'm saying is, if you're feeling lost and alone, I suppose most people in their 20s are experiencing it as well.

BTH Peter: Don't listen to anything that people which may be negative. Never give up because there is always hope and you have the right to educate yourself better because there is nothing wrong with improving one's life. You have the right to do for you as you are the one who ultimately must decide and experience life. You're still quite young so opportunities abound. You have to satisfy you and be happy at what you decide. There's nothing about working hard and moving ahead. If we don't have "drive" or "ambition" then what is the boy. Stay away from nay sayers and move forward; never give up and, if you're religious in nature, by all means incorporate that into your life. Things will get better if you do.

Move to Toronto if that maybe opens up more opportunities for your career and aspirations. Definitely think a lot of people are more lost and alone then they come across so you definitely aren't the only one. Power through!

Hey bro. This is the third video that I watched on your channel. The first one was the Vietnam Scam. I'm just kinda sad that you're in a phase where you're thinking about your channel. I want to let you know, that I understand how you feel. I have an unsolicited advice for you, try to have just one target... As what a KZbin Influencer says, "If you try to reach everybody, you'll end up reaching nobody." Find your niche and stick to it. That way you'll attract the viewers that stay on the channel. And you'll soon have a community that you will serve. One more thing, and this kinda spiritual in nature, but I hope you won't mind... I want to share this cos when I was at your age, I felt the same way.. Just know that there's a bigger plan for your life. Let me share this, it says "Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV) For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." My friend, there's a brighter future for you. Just hold on to that promise. God bless you! 😊

Bro u gotta get your money right. Make money from a job and invest. Eventually ur investment will start paying for a portion of ur life, eventually all of it. Then u can pursue ur passion or dream. Without assets that can provide u an income u will always be enslaved to job, feeling like shit because u got no freedom.
