Violet is in the Movie (in show we will probably see her in like 2-3 seasons) White & Yellow will be in show the same time as Violet unless they change something.

Remember Beratta referred to Guy as the Primordial Red. She said shes of no use to Rimuru anymore because of the presence of someone superior. Guy put the pieces together and figured out his OG brother has got a name now

If I remember correctly, while Rimuru was beating up Clayman inside the barrier, he had effectively slowed down time for the two of them. The only reference to this in the show was someone (I think Guy) mentioning that he used thought acceleration on him. From what I recall, Rimuru was essentially beating Clayman non-stop for the equivalent of a couple of days or maybe even weeks to try and get him to reveal his boss(es).

Slimeee!! Was cool seeing Luminous and her Heterochromia get revealed properly! Very interesting about her and the church 😏.. Laplace seems like the kinda character to pretend to be weak/afraid but is actually pretty capable. The editor is right about the colors! Diablo is commonly referred to as one of the Primordial (founding/original) Demons, called 'black'. Guy Crimson or 'Rouge' as Beretta called him, is another. Diablo kind of mentions 'Red's bloodline/family' in the flashback ep with Shizu when dealing with that one demon who took over the kingdom 🔥

The primordial demons are named after colors. Diablo is "Noir" (French for black), and Guy Crimson is Rouge (French for red). Notice their hair, also. Now that you know that they're named after colors, it'll be easier to spot the other primordials when you see them. All other demons come from those primordials, which is what they mean when they talk about lineage. Beretta is a black demon, meaning she's of Noir's lineage.

Just to highlight Rimuru's naming achievememt: the previous name 'Ten Great Demon Lords' wasn't even decided by the Demon Lords. After multiple Walpurgis they were yet to come to a consensus about the name and because it took so long, the rest of the world just dubbed them 'Ten Great Demon Lords', and the lazy Demon Lords just rolled with it until Rimuru shook things up and renamed it Octagram.

I don't know....how I feel about them leaving out the other 1/5 of Walpurgis. After all the yelling and fighting, they had an insanely good meal. Rimiru was blown away, so of course Raphael recirded all of the recipes to take back to Tempest. It would have been crazy chill and just kinda lore building, mainly seeing the Octagrqm get comfortable with the changes. I think i would have liked to see that. All I can definitely say is there better not be any time wqsted on Walpurgis next season, because there is a LOT to cover in season 3. Personally.....I can not wait at all for the beginning of season 3. It may be as epic as thus last bit of S2, or at least almost so.

Somethings to note: roy valentine despite beeing a fake was still a demonlord seed and far stronger than clayman, yet he was defeated relativly easily by laplace. There where some outside factors weakening him, but still. Yet laplace pissed his pants when he saw hinata. The true demon lord valentines full name is Luminas valentine. Same as the god of the holy western church.

When Laplace suggested Clayman was being controlled he didn't mean by Yuuki because they are all working together. They meant by someone else. Tear, Footman, Laplace and Clayman all were a part of the Moderate Harlequin Alliance under Demon lord Kazalim. They very much cared about Clayman which is why they always told him to rely on them for stuff if he needed.

It gets so much better too. You will meet the last 3 maybe next season. You know Guy and Diablo but you have also met 2 others already. Btw. It was mentioned, but they are called the Primordials and they are all very op. They fall under the true dragons in power, but they would generally be the next most individually powerful beings.

In case you havent watched it there is a spinoff called The Slime Diaries which takes place between season 1-2. I believe its not worth reacting to as there is no coherent plot and the episodes themselves are sometimes cut into different mini-episodes, but it still furthers character development especially Gelds, who's hatred towards the Otherworldlers make even more sense. There is also the Slime movie 'Scarlet Bond' which takes place somewhat after season 2 part 2 but its canonicity is somewhat vague as it has no manga counterpart, still a good watch though. Don't know how the copyright will be for that one from what I know movie reactions are usually way harder to post online.
