It’s impossible to tell in anime because there are countless characters who are identical except the hairstyle or maybe an accessory, but in the novel Veldora is supposed to basically just be a male version of Rimuru’s human form, and the blonde and tan skin is his own preference

Slime presents itself as another op main character deal when in reality throughout the series there are many people that rimiru would have died to if he met at the wrong time. Even hinata would have clapped rimiru pre demon lord transformation even without the barrier.

That is not exactly true, Hinata and Rimuru where roughly on the same tier during their fight, it´s just that she is especialized in killing monsters and layed a trap in advance (and if you mean what happened in round two, i´ll ad the reasons in the spoiler part), Rimuru is too used to figth by using his skills and magics (most of them were supperesed in the barrier) he himself does not know how to fight yet. Spoilers bellow: In the second match, Hinata made the preparations to fight a demon lord, used the best armor that the church had and the special sword, on the other hand Rimuru did not understand how strong he really was, and Raphael didn´t want him to fight with all his power, all in order to analize Hinata´s figthing abilities and evolve a few resistances to inmunities, that is why she appeared a lot stronger than what she really was (if Rimuru had understood how strong he was, he could have used Uriel to block all her attacks (but then he would not have obtained any inmunity from reseiving her attack), steal her magicules with Belsebuth and crushed her with a few Strorm Dragon attacks). In the end Rimuru´s main weaknees is that he doesn´t understand himself/itself (as the saying goes: know yourself, know your enemy and you shall not fear the result of a thousand battles).

True. That's webnovel. But yes I believe that's what will happen in LN as well after Vol 18. Milim is the strongest obviously cuz she can use stardust and has the magicule generator. Rimuru is stronger than all characters when he gets back from the end of the world to beat the final villian and once Rimuru gets Akashic records he surpasses everyone in the slime universe.

@@germangallardo7732 That is not exactly right. Rimuru was very weak during the first battle. His little kingdom is destroyed in all battles along with him by either the Eastern Empire or Guy Crimson according to Chronoa's time travelling abilities. That's why Chronoa comes back to the past to ensure Rimuru is survives. Only way it happens is if he becomes the demon lord. In one of the Chronoa's futures, Veldora goes on a rampage after hearing Rimuru was killed by the Eastern Empire. guy then stops him and kills him. Turns out Rimuru was alive but had lost most of his powers and is a weak little slime wandering around. Similarly there were many futures were he lost the battle everytime. Only demon lord future was the way to go.

Best way to explain the power differences is that Rimuru was already a demon lord. He obtained the demon lord seed when he defeated the Orc Lord. What he became on these episodes is what's called an awakened demon lord or true demon lord. Milium is an awakened demon lord. We got an explanation from the back story involving her. Carrion, Frey, and Clayman are not awakened or true demon lords. But going forward when we are introduced to the rest of the demon lords, they'll all be awakened or true demon lords.

Fun Fact: In the Light Novel Rimiru's shading does actually change, it goes from a light blue to a silver color, they just didn't do that for the anime for some reason. And the reason his eyes were red is because the Great Sage, now known as Raphael The Wise One, was the one in control as Rimiru did not have the expertise to carry out the Resurrection Spell.

Well, they kind of give off the wrong impression of how powerful Milim is in the anime when they only say she's 10x stronger, instead of what they say in the written material which was along the lines of I believe 10x to infinitely stronger. You get a better idea when the entire town plus the Pegasus Knights spend what looks to be probably 10 or so hours attacking Charybdis and can't do any lasting damage. Then Milim just goes in and straight up casually one-shots it while holding back with one of her weaker moves in her base form. Basically, the anime omits far too much of Milim and in the same vein tries to make Rimuru look too good at times.

Trivia: Rimuru used the sunlight as the source of laser for his Megidu. FunFact: Without Great Sage evolving to Raphael, the revival would be impossible (that is why great sage is so competent to evolve to Raphael during the process of Rimuru's evolution computing all the possible outcome just for the sake of her evolution. Their is a scene here were rimuru ask raphael about the amount of magic that is needed for diablos name was about half of his current power. Raphael replay was that his power is now 10x more that that when he was naming benimaru and co.

Milims sword is called Tenma and she has killed countless monters and demon lords with it. Milims Drago-Nova is a supernova ( that's an exploding star ) and you have seen nothing yet. Rimuru is S rank ( disaster class ) and Milim is SS rank ( catastrophe class ), Veldora is also SS rank. A top tire S rank can pretty much one shot a low tire S rank, so Milim can still kill Rimuru as easy as before he became a demon lord.

Since you asked about Rimuru's power compared to others, here is an approximate in numbers: Demon Lord Clayman, Carrion and Rimuru (before awakening): About 250-350 (Carrion and Clayman probably higher than Rimuru) Rimuru after awakening: 500-1000 Diablo after being named: 400 Benimaru, Soei, Shion and Ranga after Rimuru's awakening: 200-300 Milim: 2000 Milim if she actually tries (which she didn't against Carrion): 10000 Veldora at full power (which he isn't right now): 15000 Keep in mind that this is just energy amount, it doesn't necessarily translate into skill level. Veldora for example wastes most of his power, to the point where Milim would beat him fairly easily. On the other hand, the old man from Benimaru's tribe even after awakening is only at a power of about 50 but can fight on a similar level to Benimaru and Shion due to how skilled he is. Finally for any other readers reading this comment, I know there are some "innacuracies" here but I did it this way to prevent spoilers Edit: also this is all based on the webnovels, it might be different in the Light Novels which is what the anime is adapting.
