i really admire what they were trying to do with the trailer, integrating into optimus’ truck as a design already felt pretty good to me, and i can commend trying to make it an actually functional trailer. there’s some sacrifices to make that happen, but i love that they put in the work to make it a reality.

I have the TAV-33 version- same mold but with darker blue, remolded chest and a lot of chrome. The gimmick in the hands has been removed for swapable hilt, and he also comes with a massive sword. Best RID 2015 figure, looks amazing also in robot mode!

I was on collectors hiatus when the RID2015 line dropped. Designs were fun, and unique, but with engineering geared to the younger generations of fan and hollowness carrying over from Prime Beast Hunters these were an easy pass. It is cool to see a fully usable trailer on a Prime toy though. Noticed the Sharkbyte repaint from thrilling 30s in the lot. Having the Hasbro one break out of the box makes it one of my most despised TF purchases to this day. Interested to hear what you have to say about it.
