I'm favoured financially with Bitcoin ETFs, $63,700 weekly profit regardless of how bad it gets on the economy

Madeleine Howells is to be thanked. My journey with her started after my best friend got back from New York and saw me suffering in dept then told me about her and how my life could change through her. Madeleine Howells is the kind of person one needs in his or her life! I got a home, a good wife, and a beautiful daughter. Note!:: this is not a promotion but me trying to make a point that no matter what happens, always have faith and keep living!!

Isn't she the same Mrs Madeleine Howells that my colleagues are talking about, she has to be a perfect expect for people to talk about her so well.

YES!! That’s actually her name Madeleine Howells! So many people have highly recommended her, so I decided to give her a shot and it turned out to be the best decision ever 😊 From Brisbane, Australia 🇦🇺

There’s no way that family survives when they have that mindset. They don’t want to ease their brother out, they want to fire him, take away his job and income, and then find a way to take away his ownership, which is essentially his inheritance, without paying him. This is extreme vengeance driven by hatred and greed, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he commits s-c-e. There are probably already issues that are causing his poor performance. The youngest is often treated with disrespect and disregard, which leads to demoralization. I do not believe these are good people. He screwed up, and they basically want to kill him for it. This is not the way a healthy family operates. I don’t know what the father’s viewpoint is, but it sounds like these two brothers are colluding to screw the other one over. And they’ve probably been doing it his whole life.

They saw mistakes and did nothing to correct the issue personally with other management staff. Then we can bet the younger brother tries to steps up and fix those issues and behind his back, other team members of his team block those fixes at the behest of the brothers. Love the $800,000 value on his 20% that brother is willing to pay out 😂

The problem is, they have had multiple meetings to address his piss poor performance. They should have stepped in a long time ago to take care of the customer as well and now they paid dearly for it. Some people just aren't good at certain things and that's OK.

@@John-du2mq correct no body is disagreed with that statement, but the main issue was the older brothers wants his younger brother out of the business on short term devaluation base on the evaluation done when they bought in. To enrich them selfs. The best solution would be telling the brother no salary until he could bring in new clients, or no salary and the 20% might have a reduce pay outs on future profit shares if he stay in the business as a non operation partner. Then if the brother say I don’t want to do this any more they all have come up with buy out number. The brother just call into Dave pretty much to say 800K payout or sue like he is the CEO not another manager just like his brother.

@@jordanbranum327 It is possible that removing him as an employee could be justified. But they would be better to work with him more to improve. Trying to take away his ownership is not justified under any circumstances.
