Bought a pair of these when I first started CrossFit training last year. It’s unbelievable that they lasted me 150 CF sessions. I’m getting another pair as they finally broke down but so good for its price and how comfortable they are for daily wear. Surprisingly durable and manageable for lighter wods. Quick note, that range to describe most effective is pretty arbitrary and what’s “most” effective should be individual and not dictated by what someone has written/says.
