This video was shot a few weeks before Typhoon Odette hit Cebu. Happy to say that the fence had no issues with the typhoon. If you want to donate to the victims of typhoon odette. We setup a relief operation @sharephilippines on instagram instagram.com/sharephilippines?

It's a real innovation tlaga, it takes a lot of months or even a year or two to complete a whole house. With this kind of easy setup, mas tipid sa budget, mabilis matapos mga buildings & for sure mas smooth ang walls. No need for more masonry.

First off, Slater can have a side-career doing tv commercials with his sense of creativity and cinematography. Second, how pristine are the countertops to be able to scoop coffee from it. Looking forward as well to a house update after Odette.

Sir, can you create a cost comparison for a 1-storey residential 5x6m house. Using conventional CHB, plastering, foundation, columns, beam, delivery cost, labor cost etc versus if it was using Litecast. Location lets say Bulacan. How much would one Filipino family would have saved?

Our home renovation started Nov 2021. I wish that we could've used liteblock but since it's not easily available here, we used the traditional chb + cement mix. Hopefully liteblock will be available just like a CHB anywhere!

This is Lightweight Precast! Not new in Philippine Construction Industry, majority of high-rise towers in Metro Manila are using Vanjoin. We tried to do the same! inspired from Vanjoin in my previous work. Panel interior is styrofoam coated with wire mesh and some special fluid material... exterior is about an inch concrete mixed with (secret) fibers! Same rebars in CHB wall were inside our panel for tensile strength with some protruding to connect with adjacent panels. Straight to finish surface, fire rated, reduced water absorption and we reduced the weight like around 30-50%!

@daneurope91675 ай бұрын
ok yan ..dahil naililipat pala..sa future use stainless bolts ..or galvanised for lasting durabilities..its still not a quake proven system dahil after a strong quake pwedeng mag hiwalay hiwalay yan so di na pwede repairs.
@outernationalheadquarters40262 жыл бұрын
That’s great that you can do that. But can you do that in Cebu only or are you nation wide? How expensive is your shipping and who would do the installation that knows this system? Would it be normal laborers that have only used hollow blocks or would your people see the process all the way through?
@maankathlenedelacueva4848 Жыл бұрын
How about the footings stability?
@centv85002 жыл бұрын
Hi sir, theres no fixing on footing? Is it just relying on the soil backfill? Im just wondering for lateral movement like earthquake where soil creates some gaps on edges it will create space for the walls to fall or lumaylay? Anyway, good innovation in construction in the Philippines. 👍
