Haha looks fun, I might bring it to the next pauper fmm. I think the cycle storm rule applies, playing out lotus petal instead of discarding to hand size(unless discarding creatures for songs). Also you can block the lifelink cat with tinder wall and sacrife it before damage to have them gain no life. Cycle storm video when?

@@ThatMillGuyShafalso think you gave up G2 on gardens too quickly. They weren’t really applying pressure so you have time. The songs means you can make a ton of mana once you combo. They are tapping out or low on mana and snuff out doesn’t hit you. Then finally they are basically out of Duress’s at that point. I would scoop to a bog or the relic so you don’t have infinite time but that game isn’t over there.

@@ThatMillGuyShaf I am screaming at the screen too often when I see you play. C'mon focus, you forgot your ritual? Lesson 1 in this deck: always no how much mana you look for. The only number you needed to have in your head was 9. I bet he had double spell pierce though. If mono blue terror somehow becomes the #1 deck you'd have to add extra REB to the deck or something.

Why the 1 tapped land???

Land grant only gets forests, so either basic forest or the tapped duals are your options in pauper. Before the tapped duals it used to only ever be the basic forest in the lists I played, but the duals provide great fixing at the cost of potentially a slower combo

did you ever think of playing with two lands in the main? it would lose the explosiviness but would be more consistent

Definitely more consistent but being explosive is key!

@@ThatMillGuyShaf in paper i find myself using 2 lands after SB very often, it feels better, so i was thinking it would be worth to play them in the main but we would lose the "surprise i win" aspect
